Organic Valley at The Southern Farm Show

"The Southern Farm Show is at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds Wednesday through Friday from 9:00 - 4:00. Admission is free! If you're going, please make sure you go by and see the CROPP Cooperative/Organic Valley booth! You know that we're a part of the OV cooperative, which sells milk under the Organic Valley label. When you go, tell Gerry Cohn that we sent you, and say hello to Amy Hoffner. Amy is a farmer at Hoffner Organic Farms, in Mt. Ulla, NC. They grow some of the grains that we put in our organic feed - like organic barley. Amy also purchases our organic layer feed. Just think...her barley goes into our feed which goes into her chickens which produce eggs. Now THAT'S cooperation! If you meet - please send us a picture! We can't go this year, so we'd love to see.
